1. Service Provider Subscription Plans

Service providers can choose from flexible monthly subscription plans based on the number of services they wish to offer:

Free Trial: All new service providers enjoy their first month completely free. Subscription charges apply from the second month onward based on the selected plan.

2. Service Seeker Request Packages

Service seekers can purchase request packages based on their needs:

3. Payment Terms & Conditions

3.1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on Sahodari.in are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Service provider subscription fees
  • Service seeker request packages
  • Partial usage of purchased services
  • Change of mind or circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction with connected users

3.2. Validity Period

Purchased service requests are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused requests after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

3.3. Subscription Renewal

Service provider subscriptions automatically renew monthly. Providers can cancel their subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Service Provider & Seeker Financial Arrangements

Important: Sahodari LLP acts solely as a technology platform connecting service providers with seekers. We are not involved in financial transactions between providers and seekers.

4.1. Payment Settlement

All payment settlements for services rendered must be mutually agreed upon between the service provider and service seeker before work commences.

4.2. Recommended Process

  • Discuss and agree on scope, deliverables, and payment terms before starting work
  • Clearly document the agreed terms (preferably in WhatsApp chat)
  • Service provider to complete the assigned work as per agreement
  • Service seeker to make payment upon satisfactory completion

4.3. Dispute Resolution

Sahodari LLP is not involved in any disputes regarding service quality, payment delays, or disagreements between service providers and seekers. Users are solely responsible for resolving any issues that arise from their private agreements.

5. Platform Usage Guidelines

5.1. Pre-Service Agreement

Both service providers and seekers must reach a mutual understanding regarding:

  • Scope of work and deliverables
  • Timeline for completion
  • Payment amount and method
  • Quality expectations
  • Revision or cancellation policies

5.2. Work Completion Process

  • Service provider shall complete the assigned work as per agreed terms
  • Upon completion, service provider shall notify the seeker
  • Service seeker shall review the work and make payment if satisfied
  • Any issues should be communicated promptly and resolved mutually
